In 2014, Patsy Crawford took her love of art and baking and created something special. With the help of her son Adam and Husband Del, she opened the doors of The Sweet Palette, a fresh bakery concept that brings both quality baked goods and creative designs together. As a military brat herself who grew up in Fayetteville, it was important for her to bring her style of baking to her hometown by opening her doors in the historic downtown area.

 

Patsy and Adam keep the menu fresh and interesting each day with exploring new recipes and perfecting traditional ones. Using years of design experience, they create some of the most original and creative cake designs imaginable. There is nothing this mother and son team can't make from cake and frosting.

 

It's easy to see the passion they have for not only baking, but also contributing to the thriving art and culture community. The walls of The Gallery Room are constantly updated with featured local artist. Fourth Friday's downtown allow for local poets and entertainers to share their passion with guests. There is always something exciting happening within these walls.
